Antenatal Preparation for birth

During pregnancy, many parents look for classes which empower them to prepare for labour, be a labour partner, make informed choices and meet new friends.
Opportunities are given to discuss all aspects regarding labour, birth and life with a new baby.
We talk through any concerns, discover how useful body awareness is during labour, consider positions for labour or delivery, think about how to cope with contractions and lots more.
2 x 4 hour sessions for groups of approx 4 women with or without their partners will be offered dependent on demand.
Dates and timings will be decided on demand, most likely on weekends.
The prices will vary, depending if you choose to come with or without partner. If you have a german insurance most likely half of the costs will be covered.
